Someone collected this piece. It means so much to me, an affirmation that my expression of emptiness, of voids, of vastness, can be understood enough to be possessed.
今年賣出了好些畫，部分是因為畫冊的推出，收藏家順藤摸瓜，包括一些比較舊的作品。而畫冊封面之作，這張幾近70%都是空白的畫找到了它的主人，特別讓我感動！畫家當然希望能賣掉作品，繼續生活，但那種有人讀懂你的語言的感覺最棒！

大澳總是我筆下的題材，今天來分享這張水彩的作畫步驟。

收藏這張畫的朋友希望在生活中找到藝術之光，當我貼出這作品的時候，一位畫友跟我分享他跟太太在這破洞底下拍的婚紗照，果欄承載的就是生活，香港故事。當我走過這小空間，讓我印象深刻的就是這一室是光的感覺，我緊貼著這感覺，完成這張作品。目前刊登於Splash 26: The Best of Watercolor, special issue by Artist Magazine.
感謝5月17日參與這個講座的過百位朋友，聽我講畫面的設計。表面像是一個繪畫技術講座，但因為眾多水彩愛好者的參與，大家的互動，讓此次講座有一種水彩聚會的愉快感覺！希望不久的將來能有更多的機會與大家分享，交流。
